I’m Tabitha Millsop and I am a Master Certified Health and Wellness Practitioner.

Through 20 years of trial and error, I discovered that one diet does not fit all. What is healthy for one person might cause a reaction in another. Which is why I take a personalized approach to health and wellness.  

As a health and wellness practitioner, I partner with my clients to support them while they navigate back to their own inner wisdom. I use science-based health and wellness education that focuses on the four pillars of health: Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude, and Nutrition. 

My services include a variety of customizable workshops, individual consultations, wellness luncheons, a 43-day Metabolic Reset and more!

What is a health coach and how can they help?

Health coaches use a client-centered approach wherein clients decide their goals, engage in self-discovery or active learning processes, and self-monitor behaviors to increase accountability, all within the context of an interpersonal relationship with a health coach.

Whatever goal the client sets, the health coach ensures that they are supported until the desired outcome is achieved. Health coaches display an unconditional positive regard for their clients and have trained to the highest standards in the profession which means that they have the skills and knowledge to walk alongside you on your path to your healthiest self.
