Mindful Wellness Center has licensed Professional Counselors on staff. Therefore, we are listed as a miscellaneous medical services provider.

If you are using float therapy, or hydro therapy as your FSA/HSA provider calls it, to aid you in pain relief, chronic stress, chronic anxiety, chronic depression or other qualifying medical condition you may be eligible to pay for your session using your FSA/HSA card.

In the event your FSA/HSA card declines the service you can still submit a manual claim for reimbursement from you provider. We are happy to provide any documentation you might need to seek reimbursement such as a receipt for payment and letter of medical necessity for qualifying conditions and treatments.

Mindful Wellness Center is not affiliated with any insurance provider and we do not do any medical coding or billing. Check with your insurance provider to find out more about what your plan covers, and what type of documentation you may need.
