A Sanctuary of Restoration

Carefully created for Helpers, Healers, and Every Open-Hearted Soul.

This space was built for the ones who give so much of themselves to others—a place to rest, reset, and return to your Good Work with balance and vitality. Whether you’re here to soothe stress, explore deeper healing, or simply find a quiet moment to breathe, you’ll be met with care that honors all of you.

Our Vision

We envision a world where the ones who care for others are cared for, too—where healers, helpers, and heart-led humans have a place to land, reconnect, and rise again.

At Mindful Wellness Center, we believe restoration isn’t a luxury; it’s a vital part of sustainable service. When those who hold others are nourished—body, mind, and spirit—the ripple of healing touches everyone.

One pair of hands reaching many more.

Our Mission

Our mission is to restore the creative spark, inner balance, and vitality of those who give deeply, lead with heart, and often forget to pause for themselves.

We serve helpers of all kinds—caregivers, clinicians, healers, and heart-led humans—through holistic services and group experiences designed to nourish body, mind, and spirit.

At Mindful Wellness Center, healing isn’t one more thing to carry. It’s the place where you can finally set it all down.

This is your sanctuary to come home to yourself—
to feel safe, seen, and supported, so you can continue your Good Work from a place of wholeness.

Because when the ones who hold the world are cared for, everything changes.

Who We Serve

We’re here for the ones who’ve been holding so much for so long.

The caregivers, helpers, healers, and quiet changemakers—the ones who give deeply and love fiercely, even when they’ve been running on empty.

Maybe you’ve spent years showing up for everyone else and now you’re ready to come back to yourself. Maybe you feel the stirrings of something more—a desire to heal, to grow, to realign with the life you’re here to live.

This is your place to pause. To breathe. To let go of what’s heavy and begin again, supported and seen.

Because when you’re restored, your purpose becomes clear—and the ripple of your healing reaches farther than you know.

Our Story

Mindful Wellness Center began with a simple but powerful vision: to create a space where whole-person care—mind, body, and spirit—could truly flourish.

As a licensed counselor and founder of Mindful Counseling, Angel Koenig saw a pattern in her work again and again: people weren’t just seeking mental health support. They were longing for care that reached deeper—a place where emotional healing could intertwine with physical well-being, spiritual connection, and nervous system restoration.

Angel and her husband, Eric Koenig, imagined something different. A center where these pieces could come together under one roof. A place where people could come as they are, receive support for their whole being, and leave feeling nourished and empowered. And so, they created Mindful Wellness Center—a sanctuary for holistic healing and restoration. What they built is rare. A physical space designed with so much thought and care for the people it serves, and a vision big enough to grow and evolve as the needs of the community change.

Today, that vision is in its next chapter. Angel and Eric have entrusted the day-to-day care and growth of MWC to Abby King Roberts and Tabitha Millsop, who guide the center’s rhythm and bring fresh energy to its mission. Together, they are tending the space like a living organism—offering services, workshops, and experiences that honor the original vision while expanding it in ways that meet this moment. It’s a collaboration across seasons and souls, rooted in the belief that when those who give so much of themselves are supported, the ripple of healing touches everyone.

Abby and Tabitha tend the vision of Mindful Wellness Center with the same care they offer their clients. Together, they’ve created a space for helpers, healers, and heart-led humans to pause, soften, and remember their own wholeness. Each brings her own strengths and healing modalities to the work—but they share one intention: to remind you that you never have to hold it all alone.
