I’m a nerd with deep spiritual roots who loves helping sensitive souls remember themselves. What do I mean by that? So glad you asked! When we reconnect with our wholeness as a felt experience, we can re-member ourselves into the interconnected web of Life, restoring our agency while honoring the agency of others. And we can laugh, dance, feel joy, and help leave the world better than we found it!
