My Philosophy
I don’t believe healing comes from rushing to fix yourself. True healing happens when you slow down enough to really meet yourself—sometimes for the first time.
That process isn’t easy to do alone. Not because you need a healer to save you, but because knowing yourself often requires a compassionate mirror. That’s where I come in.
I know from experience that healing isn’t linear. It’s a spiral. We circle back to the same lessons because each turn along the way brings a deeper level of mastery. Over time, as your nervous system recalibrates and your capacity grows, you create space to release old patterns and invite in something new. So maybe you’re in a place where you’re looking for someone to help you along into that something new, and if you’re stuck, it’s not because you’re a failure. Like I said, sometimes we just need a little help along the way. Lord knows I have learned that lesson.
Anywho, this is why my work draws from various systems—Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, Vitalist herbalism, functional medicine, energy work, and even neuroscience, inner parts work, and somatic practices.
To me, they’re really all speaking different languages about the same truth: the body already knows how to heal itself. My job is to help clear out what’s in your way and guide you as you reconnect with the wisdom of your own inner healer.
And healing isn’t just about removing what hurts—it also requires replacing that with rhythms and practices that feel nourishing, sustainable, and inspiring to you. When we release what no longer serves you and replace it with what does, there’s no vacuum left. Only wholeness. Nature’s design.
On a deeper level, I believe every person who heals becomes an anchor for others—a ripple of restoration that touches everyone around them. This isn’t just about your health. It’s about becoming fully you, so your presence alone creates change in the world. As clinician, author, and trauma expert Deb Dana would say, “We change the world one nervous system at a time.”

Once I’ve reviewed your form and we agree to move forward, I’ll personally send you a comprehensive intake packet. These forms give me a deeper understanding of your health history, lifestyle, and goals so we can make the most of our time together.

When you return your completed intake packet, you’ll receive a private booking link for your 60–90 minute intake session. You won’t be charged until you schedule your session. However, because of the time and energy required to review your intake forms and prepare for our work together, intake sessions are non-refundable once booked.
