Integrative Health Coaching with Abby
There’s nothing I love more than a deep dive. I thrive on tracing the root of a pattern across the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies—and then translating all that complexity into a plan you can actually follow.
I’m a problem solver at heart, but this work isn’t just about strategy. As a coach, it’s my joy to speak love, hope, and purpose back into you until the light comes back on inside the house.
All coaching begins with a comprehensive intake form and a 60-90 minute intake session. This allows me to see the full picture of your health and set clear goals for your care.
From there, we’ll decide together which path feels most supportive for you:
A fully customized wellness plan, complete with diet, exercise, lifestyle, herbal, and mindset recommendations tailored to your unique needs.
Or ongoing coaching sessions, where we’ll track patterns, explore what’s coming up for you, and take it step by step without the pressure of a roadmap.
In our work together, I draw from a wide range of healing traditions and tools like the energetic wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda, the earth-centered principles of Vitalist herbalism, functional medicine strategies for uncovering root causes, and somatic practices to help your body feel safe enough to heal. This layered approach means we’re not just addressing symptoms—we’re supporting your whole system, so change can take root in a way that lasts. I’m a nerd with spiritual roots, basically.
Whichever path you choose, you’ll have the option to schedule regular coaching sessions for steady progress—or book time during my Office Hours as needed anytime you’d like one-on-one support.

Together, we’ll create space for your body to recalibrate and your mind to feel clear so you can take aligned action toward your health goals.

We’ll begin with a conversation about what’s coming up for you and what you’d like to shift. From there, I use muscle testing and the Body Code system to communicate with your body’s wisdom, uncovering trapped emotions and energetic blocks that may be affecting your health and wellbeing.
